What is the goal of the game ?

Between escape games and treasure hunts, our outdoor games are particularly easy to follow: A tablet is given to you at the start of the session by your Game Master. Then, you will have to reach the location indicated on it. Once you have covered the (short) distance, you will have to look around to solve a puzzle. When the puzzle is solved, the tablet will then indicate a new location to reach, and so on. So, you can't get lost in the city, and no specific knowledge is required: only your deduction, observation and cooperation skills will be (severely) tested !
What games are available?

We have three games available : "Mysteries at Bastions Park", "Old Town Under Alert" and "Temporal Rift in the City".

How difficult is the game ?
Mysteries at Bastions Park : Beginner to Intermediate
Temporal Rift in the City : Intermediate
Old Town Under Alert : Intermediate to Expert

In any case, players will have a digital tablet at their disposal allowing them to spontaneously consult hints according to their needs and thus manage their progress themselves throughout their adventure.
From what age is it possible to play ?

Children of all ages are welcome (even in strollers), although the younger ones may contribute very little to solving the puzzles which have been designed, for the most part, for adult players.

Children and young people under 15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Teenagers aged 15 and over may play without an adult on the team.

How many people can play ?

A team must have 2 to 5 players for "Mysteries at Bastions Park" and "Temporal Rift in the City" and 3 to 5 players for "Old Town Under Alert".

Is it possible to play with more than 5 players ?

Yes, you just need to form several teams of 2 to 5 players and book several consecutive sessions. But the teams will not be able to start the game at the same time.

On the other hand, if you want to start the game with several teams at the same time (a maximum of 5 teams of 5 players, i.e. a maximum of 25 participants in total), we offer the game in "competitive" mode with a simultaneous start. Contact us directly and we will send you a quote with our prices to privatize the game.

In what language can we play ?
Our games are available in English and French.
Can pregnant women play ?
For pregant women, we recommend our game "Mysteries at Bastions Park".
There are no physical challenges in the game. If you don't have a hard time getting around and if a 1 hour and 50 minutes walk doesn't scare you, you're welcome ! Also, if you feel the need to sit down, there are plenty of benches in the park.
Is the game suitable for people with reduced mobility and other disabilities ?
"Mysteries at Bastions Park" takes place fully in Bastions Park and therefore people with reduced mobility can participate. Although a small part of the park is only accessible by steps, the vast majority of the game is still playable by everyone. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us for more details.
The analysis of visual elements of the surroundings is required to solve the vast majority of the puzzles. Therefore, the game is unfortunately not suitable for blind people.

How much does a game cost ?

Prices per person :
Adult (15 years and over): CHF 35 ; expect Duo CHF 45.- per person
Child (8 to 14 years old): CHF 20
From 0 to 7 years old (included): Free
Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT.

Can we cancel or postpone a booking ?
Once the booking is made, it is not possible to cancel a session. Please note that we do not refund or postpone sessions in the event of a last minute impediment / no show that is not our responsibility. On the other hand, it is possible to postpone a game session if you inform us no later than 7 days before the game. In this case, we will do our best, depending on availability, to respond to your request.
Can we change the number of players in a booking (additional player / fewer players)?

It is not possible to reduce the number of players in a booking. If one of the participants can no longer come, you can invite another person to join your team as the places are not nominative. No refund can be made for a missing player.

It is possible to add additional players if the group does not exceed 5 players in total. You will simply be asked to pay the supplement online before your game session. Please contact us as soon as possible, we will send you the payment instructions by email and we will modify the number of players on your booking upon receipt of payment.

Can we book over the phone?
Bookings are made exclusively online. Payment is secure.

ON THE DAY

How should we prepare ?

The game does not require any special knowledge. Your sense of observation, your capacity for deduction, a good team spirit and above all your good vibes will be enough for you to set off on an adventure !

You don't have to be a top athlete either. There are no physical challenges in the game. We still recommend that you wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for the weather conditions.

You will need to use your observation skills to solve the puzzles. There will also be some reading. So remember to take your glasses or contact lenses.

For more comfort, come light, you will have all your belongings with you throughout the game (you will not be able to leave your belongings anywhere).

Where is the meeting point ?
The meeting point for both our games is in Bastions Park, near the main entrance on Place Neuve (when entering the park immediately to the right).

At what time should we show up ?
Meet your Game Master at the time indicated in your booking confirmation email. No need to show up early, but make sure you are on time so that you can enjoy your experience in the best possible way.
How long is the game ?
The game itself lasts 1hour and 50minutes maximum, but you will be on site for at least 2 hours including the briefing, the game, and the debriefing.

What happens if the weather is bad ?

The games are maintained regardless of the weather. In case of bad weather, umbrellas will be provided.

Do you offer physical cards?
We do not offer physical gift cards. When ordering, you will receive a gift voucher in printable and customisable PDF format.
How to book with a gift voucher?
To book your adventure, go to our booking calendar, select an available time slot and indicate the number of players. Enter your gift code in the corresponding field and, if necessary, pay the difference.

How long do I have to use my gift voucher?

Our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
