\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t1.1<\/strong> These general terms and conditions, hereinafter GTC, are applicable to any contract for the provision of gaming equipment concluded between:\n

\nOn the one hand: the company Alea Escape S\u00e0rl, whose registered office is located in Geneva, Rue de Contamines 30, c\/o Sophie et Fabien Minguet, 1206 Geneva, Switzerland, registered in the Trade Register under number CHE-148.195.888, hereinafter referred to as ALEA ESCAPE,\n
\n
\nAnd on the other hand: users of the game equipment, hereinafter referred to as THE CUSTOMER, whether they have booked personally or are part of the team of the person who booked, hereinafter referred to as THE BOOKER.\n
\n
\n1.2<\/strong> The game equipment is called THE EQUIPMENT and the supply contract including these GTC is called THE CONTRACT.\n
\n
\n1.3<\/strong> The BOOKER acknowledges and accepts its full responsibility for the acts of any third party having access to the EQUIPMENT within the scope of his booking, it being understood that these third parties will be deemed to be the CUSTOMER.\n
\n
\n1.4<\/strong> ALEA ESCAPE holds the right to modify the terms and conditions below, including the contents of its website www.alea-escape.com, hereinafter referred to as THE WEBSITE at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. ALEA ESCAPE's GTCs are available on its WEBSITE.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t2.1<\/strong> ALEA ESCAPE grants CUSTOMERS the right to USE the EQUIPMENT for the maximum duration offered and accepted by CUSTOMERS.\n
\n
\n2.2 <\/strong>The sole purpose of using the EQUIPMENT is to participate in a game organized by ALEA ESCAPE.\n
\n
\n2.3<\/strong> To receive the EQUIPMENT, the CUSTOMER must confirm the name of the BOOKER and present the booking confirmation email.\n
\n
\n2.4 <\/strong>The CUSTOMER must present himself at the meeting point indicated in the confirmation email at the time agreed upon when making his booking and also confirmed by the confirmation email.\n
\n
\n2.5<\/strong> The CLIENT must be accompanied by an adult player throughout the game if he is under 15 years old. ALEA ESCAPE reserves the right to request an identity document to verify the age of the CLIENT.\n
\n
\n2.6<\/strong> The CUSTOMER is required to respect the maximum number of people specified for the chosen game. The maximum number of people per game is indicated on the WEBSITE. If a higher number shows, the staff reserves the right to refuse access to the EQUIPMENT without the CUSTOMER being able to assert the right to any refund or compensation.\n
\n
\n2.7<\/strong> The CUSTOMER will ensure that the EQUIPMENT is kept in good condition and will use it in accordance with the authorized use and the CONTRACT. The CUSTOMER already accepts that any damage, intentional or caused by misuse, will be billed to him and that any new booking will be refused until the invoice is settled.\n
\n
\n2.8<\/strong> The CUSTOMER agrees to comply with these contractual provisions, as well as all local and national laws and regulations, and other instructions from administrative authorities, as well as the rules enacted by insurers where applicable.\n
\n
\n2.9<\/strong> The CUSTOMER is required to use the EQUIPMENT in such a way as not to cause or risk causing any damage to other users, to the environment and to equipment. ALEA ESCAPE cannot be held responsible for damage (bodily or material) caused by improper use of the EQUIPMENT or for not having followed the rules described before the game.\n
\n
\n2.10<\/strong> The CUSTOMER already accepts that ALEA ESCAPE cannot be held liable for damages created by the CUSTOMER to the CUSTOMER or to another CUSTOMER. Each CUSTOMER will participate in the game at their own risk. ALEA ESCAPE cannot be held responsible for damage (bodily or material) caused by the CUSTOMER's lack of vigilance during his travel on foot while the game is played.\n
\n
\n2.11<\/strong> The CUSTOMER agrees, for the duration of the game organized by ALEA ESCAPE, to behave correctly, to comply with the rules and to cooperate with ALEA ESCAPE employees. ALEA ESCAPE does not tolerate any kind of intimidation or harassment towards its employees, and, therefore, reserves the right to take any measure to prohibit the use of the EQUIPMENT to any person whose behavior is not calm and, in particular, CUSTOMERS under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without this prohibition of access giving the right to any reimbursement or compensation.\n
\n
\n2.12<\/strong> ALEA ESCAPE authorizes itself to modify the scenario of a game, the elements or the course without notice or information, and no complaint can be made in the event of a modification.\n
\n
\n2.13<\/strong> ALEA ESCAPE attend de ses CLIENTS qu\u2019ils s\u2019emp\u00eachent de divulguer les d\u00e9tails du jeu directement ou indirectement au public. Toute divulgation totale ou partielle violerait les int\u00e9r\u00eats commerciaux d\u2019ALEA ESCAPE.\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t3.1<\/strong> The CUSTOMER accepts that the game will have a maximum duration, whether they have succeeded in solving all the puzzles or not. The maximum duration of each game is specified on the WEBSITE. Likewise, they accept that the game ends before its maximum duration, if they have solved all the puzzles, without this giving rise to a price adjustment.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ARTICLE 5 - BOOKING AND GIFT VOUCHERS<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t5.1<\/strong> The provision of EQUIPMENT is subject to booking and to its prior payment.\n
\n
\n5.2<\/strong> The booking is booked by the BOOKER on the WEBSITE. Only people aged 18 or over can be BOOKERS.\n
\n
\n5.3 <\/strong>The booking requires a minimum of two CLIENTS.\n
\n
\n5.4 <\/strong>The WEBSITE is available in French or English. However, in the event of a dispute, only the French version of the WEBSITE and of the GTCs are accepted.\n
\n
\n5.5<\/strong> The booking cannot be subject to any cancellation, modification or refund outside the possibilities given on the WEBSITE. Especially :\n
\nThe CLIENT or the BOOKER cannot cancel a session once the booking has been made.\n
\nThe CUSTOMER or the BOOKER may under no circumstances claim a total or partial refund in the event of a no-show or impediment for which ALEA ESCAPE is not responsible.\n
\nThe BOOKER may change the date and time of his game session, depending on availability, if he informs ALEA ESCAPE at the latest 7 days before the date agreed upon in the initial booking.\n
\nThe CLIENT or the BOOKER cannot reduce the number of players in a booking. No refund can be made for a missing player.\n
\nThe BOOKER may add additional players to the booking if the group does not exceed the maximum number of people specified for the chosen game. In this case, the BOOKER must contact ALEA ESCAPE who will then send the payment instructions by email to the BOOKER and will modify the number of players on the booking upon receipt of payment. Full payment is required before the game session.\n
\nGame sessions are maintained regardless of the weather. The CUSTOMER or the BOOKER may not claim any refund, total or partial, in the event of bad weather or no-show in the event of bad weather.\n
\n
\n5.6<\/strong> Bookings cannot be transferred or resold for commercial purposes. If a booking is transferred or resold in violation of this condition, the holder of the booking or the person claiming the right to use the EQUIPMENT will be refused use of the EQUIPMENT.\n
\n
\n5.7<\/strong> The CUSTOMER already accepts that in the event of the CUSTOMER being late for a booked session, the EQUIPMENT must be returned at the time specified in the initial booking. ALEA ESCAPE reserves the right to refuse the EQUIPMENT to CUSTOMERS who arrive more than 20 minutes late. The CUSTOMER or the BOOKER may in no case claim a total or partial refund.\n
\n
\n5.8<\/strong> ALEA ESCAPE reserves the right to cancel a booking without having to give a reason. Cancellation solely by ALEA ESCAPE will be subject to a refund of the price of the booking, excluding any other sum that may be claimed for damage or otherwise.\n
\n
\n5.9<\/strong> Ordering and purchasing a gift voucher is done on the WEBSITE. The validity of a gift voucher is 12 months from its date of issue (purchase of the gift voucher). The expiration date is indicated on the gift voucher. If the gift voucher is not used within its validity period, neither the buyer nor the beneficiary can claim a refund or an exchange of the gift voucher.\n
\n
\n5.10<\/strong> The buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of purchase, if the gift voucher has not been used. To exercise this right, the buyer or the beneficiary of the gift voucher must inform ALEA ESCAPE of his decision to withdraw before the expiry of the period, his unambiguous declaration, expressing his will to to withdraw by sending an e-mail to the address: contact@alea-escape.com<\/a>.\n
\n
\n5.11<\/strong> The available amount of a gift voucher can be used in several bookings. If the total amount of a gift voucher is not fully consumed during a booking, the remaining amount will remain available for another booking. However, neither the buyer nor the beneficiary can claim a refund of the amount remaining unused.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t6.1<\/strong> The price per participant is indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) on the WEBSITE for the maximum duration of use of the MATERIAL, also indicated on the WEBSITE. The total price of the booking is indicated during the booking and payment process. Prices include VAT.\n

\n6.2 <\/strong>Any other service will give rise to additional invoicing.\n
\n
\n6.3<\/strong> The price is fixed according to the number of participants.\n
\n
\n6.4<\/strong> ALEA ESCAPE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The service is invoiced at the price in effect at the moment of payment of the booking.\n
\n
\n6.5<\/strong> Only payments by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and TWINT are accepted on the WEBSITE.\n
\n
\n6.6<\/strong> ALEA ESCAPE has entrusted its payment system to a service provider specialized in securing online payments and does not keep any data related to the payment system in its databases.\n
\n
\n6.7<\/strong> Full payment is required at the time of booking.\n
\n
\n6.8<\/strong> ALEA ESCAPE reserves the right to refuse any booking to a BOOKER who has not paid for all the services which have been invoiced to him.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

These photos will be sent to the BOOKER by email and may be used by ALEA ESCAPE on its WEBSITE and\/or on its social networks (non-exhaustive list: Facebook, Instagram). The CUSTOMER who does not wish their photo to be published must inform ALEA ESCAPE staff.\n
\n
\n8.2<\/strong> ALEA ESCAPE cannot be held responsible for the way the BOOKER uses theses photos. The CUSTOMER is solely responsible for the comments or posts they write on the internet and on social networks.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
